Massage Therapy


Relaxation Massage Therapy - Not billable to extended health benefits

Relaxation massage - is a student currently attending massage school who has not yet taken the BC board exams but is trained in multiple techniques and is highly skilled. Take advantage of reduced rates. This modality of massage can not be used as expense with extended health insurance.

Tyler is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at First College in Kelowna in December 2022. Tyler’s treatment style includes therapeutic Swedish massage using myofascial, deep tissue, hydrotherapy, and trigger point release, all wrapped up with relaxation to help improve your overall well-being.

Tyler was born and raised in Nova Scotia and has spent time living in Ireland and Australia. She has been living in British Columbia since 2017 and absolutely loves the Okanagan lifestyle. In her free time, she loves crochet, thrift shopping for vintage home decor, and going to the beach!

With her Doctorate in Chiropractic, Dr. Fika utilizes many different techniques in her practice and believes this is an integral part of health care, as every person is different and responds differently to care. Carling is a Registered Acupuncturist in good standing with the College of Complementary Health Practitioners of British Columbia (CCHPBC) TCMA. She is deeply passionate about helping others achieve balance, healing, and vitality. Known for her compassionate and intuitive approach, Carling creates an environment where patients feel truly seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward better health.

Her practice is rooted in holistic healing and addresses a wide range of concerns. Carling offers acupuncture treatments for various issues, including pain management, stress relief, headaches, mental health support, women’s health, digestive concerns, and facial rejuvenation acupuncture for skin rejuvenation. She focuses on restoring balance, enhancing the body’s natural healing abilities, and identifying underlying imbalances to promote long-term health.

Carling earned her Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, where she developed a deep understanding of Chinese medicine and holistic healing. Aram graduated from the Doctor of Chinese Medicine Program at the Academy of Classical Oriental Sciences in Nelson, BC. There he learned the importance of considering both Eastern and Western thought when approaching health and wellness, and developed a patient-focused compassionate approach to health and healing, focusing on prevention of illness and maintenance of health.

He uses acupuncture, herbs, Chinese massage, cupping and Chinese heat therapy (moxibustion) to treat illnesses such as chronic and acute pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia, headaches, digestive issues, asthma, allergies, rashes and other skin disorders, reproductive health, and seasonal immune boosting to prevent colds and help during flu season.

Dr. Laurel Stenger Chiropractor

After the completion of her undergraduate Bachelor of Physical Education degree at the University of Alberta in 2009, Dr. Stenger moved to California where she completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic West, graduating Cum Laude and as a member of the Pi Tau Delta International Honours Society in 2012. During her initial post secondary training, she contemplated various health related career paths but was drawn to Chiropractic following a soccer injury which was successfully treated with chiropractic care.

Throughout her years at Palmer West, Dr. Stenger actively participated in various extracurricular clubs and events, affording her tremendous opportunity to treat a diverse population of patients. Her sincere interest in people of all ages has steered her towards a chosen career in family chiropractic. Whether the patient’s objective is to shave a couple seconds off a personal best race time, address a low back flare-up or to allow greater ability to play with grandchildren, Dr. Stenger is fully committed to helping each patient achieve and sustain individual wellness goals.

She has extensive training in the treatment of various musculoskeletal conditions involving the nervous system, muscles, and joints of the body. Working with patients to construct an individualized treatment plan, involving gentle, non-invasive techniques (including but not limited to Diversified chiropractic therapy, Sacro Occipital Technique, Activator and Thompson Drop), in conjunction with education and support, she strives to empower each patient to achieve and maintain maximal health. Drikie is a student massage therapist at Brix Wellness, set to graduate from First College, Kelowna, in August 2025. With a passion for fitness and injury prevention, she helps clients reduce stress, support natural healing, and improve their overall well-being.

Her treatment style blends relaxation and functionality, empowering clients to feel stronger and refreshed after each session. Outside of work and school, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, baking, painting, and staying active in the gym.
